Terms and Conditions
1. Rental Reservation Fees: Renter will be charged a non-refundable deposit of 20% of the rental fee to reserve item(s) for a particular event. If the event occurs within a week of the rental, the full rental fee is expected.
2. Dress Return: Please return the dress to Bonnie at the competition if possible, or within two days if Bonnie is not at the competition. Beyond two days, a 25 dollar a day fee will be charged unless other arrangements are made.
3. Rental Cancellation Fee: If the rental is canceled more than 2 weeks from the Rental Begin Date, no additional fee is charged. If the rental is canceled between 1 and 2 weeks before the Rental Begin Date, an additional 25% of the rental fee will be charged. If the rental is canceled within a week of the Rental Begin Date, an additional 50% of the rental fee will be charged.
4. Failure to Return Fee: If for any reason the dress(es) (and accessories) is (are) not returned, an additional fee of 9 times the rental fee will be charged.
5. Loss or Damage: The renter is solely responsible for the safe care and return of the dress(es) and accessories in good condition, and the renter shall bear the entire risk of loss or damage to the dress(es) and accessories.
6. Damage: Of course, normal wear occurs, but if there is significant damage to the dress, either a reasonable repair fee will be assessed or a compulsory purchase of the dress (at a fair price determined by Bonnie’s Belle Gowns) will be required.
7. Title to Dress(es): Bonnie’s Belle Gowns retains ownership of the dress(es) until such time that the ownership is transferred through a bill-of-sale.
8. Alterations: There are no alterations of Rental Dresses. If purchased, we will gladly alter to fit perfectly!

I, the renter, agree to all terms and conditions of the Rental Agreement.
