Design Fee and Ownership

Bonnie’s Belle Gowns is happy to design and build a dress that will uniquely fit and flatter your figure. After a design session, if we build the dress for you or arrange to build the dress within six months of the date of design, the design is free and (the design) remains the intellectual property of Bonnie’s Belle Gowns. If we design but do not build the dress within one month of the design date, we may charge a design fee of $150. If you want to take the design to another designer or dressmaker, you may purchase the design for $150. The design is the intellectual property of Bonnie’s Belle Gowns and you may not take the design to another designer or dressmaker without paying the design fee of $150.
